Sorry! We are unable to change or cancel orders as they're processed and dispatched by our warehouse immediately.

Yes! Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email followed by a notification when your order has been dispatched. In this email, you will find your tracking number.

Please email info@zendaeyewear.com as soon as you realise you have entered the wrong address and our customer service team will assist you.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for return. Please see our full return policy for more details.

If you feel your item is faulty, please email info@zendaeyewear.com within 7 days of purchasing with photos displaying the fault and we will resolve the situation for you.

Yes, we ship globally! Free worldwide shipping on orders over €150.

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping takes 1–2 business days. International orders may take 5–10 business days depending on the destination.

Keep your Zenda frames in the protective case when not in use. Avoid placing them lens-side down. Clean lenses with the included microfibre cloth. Avoid leaving them in extreme heat.

Yes! Take your Zenda frames to your optometrist who can replace the lenses with your prescription ones.

Yes! All of our sunglasses provide full UV400 protection.
